After trying to do a all green/black build it turned pretty troublesome green motherboards are hard to find and only good know brand was gigabyte which just wasn't enough with the Mid tower case I;m builder so enough talking here we start.

So the case i'm looking at now is the H440 - NZXT Its a mid tower case built for noice reduction but plenty of room for my needs. ( http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/143-h440-performance-mid-tower.html )

The motherboard I'm not to good with mother boards but it fits my needs and my case its cheap nice and SLI ( http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-maximusvihero )

Now lets go on with the GPU I'm currently using the Geforce GTX 650 Its ok just not enough for me I've been getting some lag/fpsdrops on CSGO

The card im looking to get is ( http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Display-Graphics-02G-P4-3757-KR/dp/B00J0ISHMQ/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1424842662&sr=8-2&keywords=EVGA+GeForce+GTX+750+Ti+2GB#customerReviews )

Ram I'll just get some 16gb 2000 - Mhz

Now the Cpu i'm currently using ( Intel i5 4440 )

PSU : ( http://www.corsair.com/en-us/cx-series-cx750m-modular-atx-power-supply-750-watt-80-plus-bronze-certified-modular-psu ) Or ( http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/132-HALE82-v2-700w-power-supply.html )

I'm trying to upgrade my Motherboard PSU At this time later on Graphics and CPU

I may seem noobie that is because i'm only 14 Cheers :)

If you plan to go with the 750 Ti for the time being, the EVGA is a good choice, for that price range, but the PNY GTX 750 Ti XLR8 OC overclocks better and doesn't use a 6-pin connector.

Starting out with solid, core components (PSU, mother board) that you want to upgrade with better components later on (CPU, GPU(s)) is a good idea, but don't forget nothing is "future proof". The longer you wait to upgrade, the more obsolete your mother board will become. The 14nm Skylake Desktop CPU is coming, with the new LGA 1151 chipset, (the replacement for the LGA 1150), in the 2nd Q of 2015.

I second Brillis Wuce choice of PSU it's a good one. Remember: Just because "brand x" has...

Things to note:

1. A GTX 750ti is not able to run in SLI mode, so having a motherboard that supports it is pointless, unless you plan major upgrading in the future.
2. You have a non-overclockable CPU on an overclocking motherboard. Go for an H or B-series, not Z series. This'll save you money.
3. If you're just gaming, 8GB of RAM is more than enough.
4. Both of the PSU's you listed are low quality.

PSU is very vital part of your system. Cheaping out on it is a risk to your other components (gpu and motherboard etc.). If possible upgrade the psu first, so that your system is ready for other upgrades such as the gpu and motherboard.

Get a psu from seasonic, xfx or antec>

Here's a recommendation:
XFX XTR 550 Watts 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular

The gtx 750ti doesnt need more than 150 watts so that power supply is plenty and is of good quality. The cx model of corsairs are pretty terrible.
