Changing settings of graohic card on bios

I've accidentally changed the setting of graphic card on my bios Phoenix from PCI to Onboard and now I can't see the bios. What can I do now?
 
Solution
Turn off and unplug PC for safety reasons.
Connect your monitor to the on-board VGA port then reconnect to power supply and start it up.
You should get a display on your monitor now.
Change BIOS setting back to PCI for graphics, save & exit.

Turn off and unplug PC for safety reasons.
Connect monitor to PCI card.
Reconnect to power supply.
Turn on PC again.
Turn off and unplug PC for safety reasons.
Connect your monitor to the on-board VGA port then reconnect to power supply and start it up.
You should get a display on your monitor now.
