Corsair Link & HWMonitor not detecting all case fans

Hi all,

I've got Corsair Link up and running, and all seems to be going well with the exception of one of my case/chassis fans missing from the software.

I have the two rad fans in front, as well as a rear and top exhaust fan. One of these exhaust fans is not appearing in Link (and HWMonitor for that matter). Any ideas?

it does not matter it is showing or not the fans should work !!!
the temperature should go down !!!

exhaust fans helps than intake air fans !!

Yeah they're definitely working lol...just wondering why my second case fan doesn't show up in Link or HWMonitor. Like you said, it probably doesn't matter all that much.

it is same here !!!
I have 8 fans but it shows only 6 !!!
it does not matter !!!

Are you guys using the latest Corsair Link version? It should be 3.1v. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=138007

OP - Try to move the fan that is not being detected to a different fan header on your mobo and see if Link will see it.
