Recently i bought and built a new computer but after about 2-3 days it started to act funny. So it started with a few BSOD,s and by the time i had no idea what it was so i didnt really care about it but after a while it got worse and it started to BSOD 1-3 times a day. And it does not only BSOD, games crash all the time, it restarts randomly (not that often), sometimes when i start it my mouse and keybord don't work and i have to restart it, the fans sometimes go at 100% for a week and then start going at a normal speed for a week and then back to going 100%, it has gotten stuck in a endless restart cykle and i fixed it by clearing the CMOS and 3 times it has gotten really slow and then i look att the processes and it says that its 100% CPU usage even though i dont have any programs running. I have tested my ram several times with memetester but it shows 0 errors.

Component list:
Evga Geforce GTX 780 ACX SC
Samsung EVO 250GB SSD
Intel i7-4770k
WD 1TB HDD
16GB Corsair Vengence RAM
Gigabyte GA-Z87X-N3H motherboard

I have windows 8 installed on my SSD. Any help would really be appreciated!

It is definitively not caused by bad RAM. I suspect either your CPU is overheating or that you have a bad GPU.
Did you try reinstalling windows? Also when your CPU usage is 100%, what process is using all of it?

try to update GPU drivers or if you have the latest already get older version. The point it to rule out if the problem comes from GPU or not.

In Control Panel go to Programs and Features. Get the list by date, see the latest apps installed and check if something suspicious did not get there(if yes, unninstall it).

The source of problems might also be coming from SSD, motherboard or PSU.

Rule out GPU drivers & apps first then come back with results.

i did reinstall windows 8 a month or so ago and it worked fine without any errors for about 2 weeks then i started to get BSOD's again but not as often. The other problems have disappeared but a couple of days when i was playing Arma 3 a message popped up saying missing file .... please reinstall program and then i got a BSOD. When my computer was rebooting it got stuck in the boot with the blue Microsoft logo and the white balls spinning around it just spunn and spunn for 30 minutes without getting anywhere. I reinstalled Windows on my HDD and disconnected my SSD so that i could format the SSD but when i connect the SSD even when i have my HDD as main boot drive it still gets stuck in boot.

It seems like your Hard drive or SSD is starting to fail.
You described symptoms that suggest that: Lag, BSOD, missing files, etc.
Check with a program that allows S.M.A.R.T. monitoring. If the health is anything but "good", backup your files immediately and change your hard drive.

Here is a free and light software for S.M.A.R.T. monitoring:

run your system on HDD(removing SSD) for couple of hour if the same problem exist the do the same procedure with SSD, After doing this, if the problem still exist then other hardware causing the problem

I have tested my HDD with the software you showed me, i played CS GO and Arma 3 and the health status was good. But i don't know how i am supposed to test my SSD.
