Hello I am from India. I am using tata docomo dongle with reliance 3g sim my surfing speed is is extremely low.
sometimes it just connects with a speed of 145 to 200 kbps but suddenly after a moment is comes doen to 0.1 - 0.5kbps and when i try to google something at this speed it says that cannot display the webpage because your computer is not connected to internet (however it is connected) is tried every thing .I used Ccleaner i did a whole pc scan cleared browsing history from the beginning of time but the problem is still there... please help me...
I did a speed test (www.speedtest.net)
ping - 86ms
download speed - 3.42 mbps
and upload speed - 0.50mbps
