couldn't enable wifi adapter in hp pavilion sleekbook 14 on ubuntu

i recently migrated to ubuntu from window but couldn't connect to wifi. it seems that the ubuntu couldn't read the wlan card. there are no additional drivers available. my laptop have RaLink RT3290 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R PCIe adapter. Please i really need ur help very badly.. THANKS in advance...

What version of Ubuntu? Support for this chip uses rt2800 and firmware has been added in Ubuntu since version 14.04 and should work without any additional driver or firmware.

/lib/firmware/rt3290.bin
Please confirm which version of Ubuntu and if rt3290.bin exists on your filesystem. Also check "sudo ifconfig" for a list of network devices on your system.

i have hp pavilion sleekbook 14 pc and i checked for the network devices it only shows eth0 and lo

hey i checked and found that my Wlan i blocked by hardware. i have already tried the rf kill unblock all. but it dos nothing. it is still blocked. please i really need your help.
