USB 3.0 not working correctly?

Hey guys, I've been having a couple of issues with my system that I really can't seem to figure out. Right now, my rig is a custom rig with an ASUS Z87-Pro mobo inside a NZXT Phantom 530 case. Theoratically, all of the USB ports I have on my system (6 rear ports and 2 top panel ports from the case) should be USB 3.0, right?

But when I plugged in my two Seagate USB 3.0 expansion disks and a SanDisk Extreme USB 3.0, none of them appear to be detected as being plugged into USB 3.0 ports. The SanDisk, which is plugged into the NZXT's top panel USB, even tells me that the drive "Could perform faster if plugged into a USB 3.0 port". What's going on? I checked that I connected the top panel's connector to the USB 3.0 connector on the mobo and updated my Asmedia and Intel USB 3.0 drivers.

Anybody know if I'm missing something?
