Best 140mm liquid cpu cooler?

One question, why do you want one? Most of the single fan aio cooler are not good, for less money you can get a really good air cooler. For example, the corsair h90 is probably the best aio liquid cooling and it cost 90 bucks on amazon, and for $75 you can get the phanteks PH-TC14PE air cooler that is cooler, quieter, cheaper and comes in various colors.

My experience has been that I get excellent cooling at quieter levels with the water coolers. I've also overclocked with single-fan water coolers and had excellent temps. The water coolers usually are more expensive, but you can get some good prices just watching for sales.

If you want quieter operation and with some oc you dont need to spend that much money, even with the hyper 212 for $30 you will have that. Liquid cooling is better, no doubt about it, but not every liquid cooling system is better than every air cooler. The lower end liquid coolings compete with high end air coolers, and the air ones are better. in temps and noise.

Techpowerup on the phanteks air cooler: "The cooler's performance is exceptional; I cannot stress enough that its performance is very good. It rivals the likes of Corsair's H110 and H100 in my tests and that is no easy feat."
