how to turn on adaptive vsync/regular vsync with triple buffering

How do i turn on v-sync or adaptive v-sync with triple buffering? Are there any videos i can watch that'll show me how? If not, can someone just tell me?

nvidia/amd?

for both it can be turned on in their respective control panels

eg for nvidia
1.go to its control panel
2.manage 3d settings>choose your game from the dropdown menu> scroll down and youll find your answer

Okay cool thanks, can i turn on triple buffering there as well? Im assuming i can turn on all the things i need there? things such as, adaptive vsync and triple buffering?

you can turn on any/all the options provided the game supports it (some are just not enforced like some aa)

yes, basicelly you can turn it on , but make sure you have checked it with some tweaking guide / that you really need it(assassins creed blackflag if you need an example). otherwise just leave it to default
