You don't need 16Gb of RAM for gaming, but it will help with other things and RAM is a commodity. I wonder about the Speed and Timings though.
The motherboard is a super-cheap low end H81, with very few features. It's the sort of board that I'd suggest for an extreme budget build.
The PSU is a concern. This is a high-performance system and needs a solid, reliable PSU.

Don't know what the price equivalent is but does not seem like that good of a deal.
Looks like they put in certain parts for the selling point (i7 and gtx 970) and then went with the cheapest stuff they could find for everything else, don't even tell you what brand the motherboard is. Probably a reason why some specifics are not included as well as no picture of the inside.
