I have a Toshiba laptop Windows 7 4GB and I can't get my wifi back on please help

First thing to check in device manager is to see if the driver / device is still installed. Its not unheard of for either to be disabled or removed.
If the wifi adapter shows up and installed correctly make sure you have it switched on - in some cases there is a physical switch or button... in other cases its a Function key that needs pressing
