100 C or F?
If it's F then thats a great temperature.
If it's C then you have something drastically wrong.
Did you apply thermal paste correctly? Might also want to check your fan and make sure it isn't clogged with dust.

Wait, if it's Celsius then it's bad!
You need to figure out why, and quickly, otherwise you will have a burnt out processor very quickly.
That's a somewhat older processor, isn't it? Did you just buy it or have you had it for a while? If it's been a while, has it always been that hot? And are you OC'ing at all?
