Hello! I would be glad to assist!

I would greatly reccomend a 970 for maxing 1080p on any game out there. Try and make some money for the upgrade from the 960 to 970. It will be worth it, or downgrade your case or something like that.

If you want a cheap mobo, you will save a lot of money if you don't get a Z board (Overclockable)
To a H board (Not - overclockable). So I reccomend not getting the K vertion of your CPU, and to get the 4690. This will save you a lot of money for the upgrade for the GPU.

Also I would personally pick for your PSU one of these brands, they are trusted are very reliable.

-EVGA
-CORSAIR
-ANTEC
-ENERMAX

These are the most heard of and the most popular brands of PSUs. With your brand of PSU you picked I am...

For a mobo, I recomend a H97 or H87 chipsets unless you planning on overclocking.

Hope this helps!

Sure glad to help you out!

This might help you:
http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/263013-i5-4460-vs-fx-8350/

I would get the 4460 because, better performance per core and always upgradeable later on, to like an I7 or something like that in the future.

Hope this helps you!
