Just built a new computer, turns on, components receive power, but there is no display or post beep, help please?

I didn't look at your pics, but there can be a lot of things. I'm sure you can find some detailed trouble shooting tips, but in this case I'd check to make sure the motherboard isn't shorting against the case (or over tightened) I'd especially check that the processor is installed correctly and there are no bent pins, also check the memory too though usually you'll get an error sound assuming your MB has a speaker.

i am having an issue where i can turn my computer on but when i shutdown and try turn back on i have to actually turn the PSU power switch on then off then on again before i get an image on the screen

Check and see if there is an updated BIOS for the motherboard (my system used to do something similar, but was a known problem which was fixed with a BIOS update). Otherwise might be a bad power switch on the computer (or possibly its connection has come loose) or possibly the PSU is going bad, could even be a loose wire some place causing a short.
