I have recently decided to build a PC for gaming and am looking for some feedback on my build I will list my Specs below.

CPU- Intel® Core™ i5-4690K Processor (4x 3.50GHz/6MB L3 Cache) - Intel Core™ i5-4690K

GPU- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 - 2GB - Single Card

Case- ARC 647 Gaming Case - Black

Cooling- AVC K7127N Liquid CPU Cooling System (Copper plate for best cooling performance) - Standard 120mm Fan

Memory- 8 GB [4 GB x2] DDR3-1600 Memory Module - Corsair or Major Brand**Free Upgrade to DDR3-2133 G.SKILL RipjawsX.

Motherboard- ASUS Z97-K -- 2x PCIe x16, 4x USB 3.0, 2x USB 2.0

Power Supply- 750 Watt - Corsair CX750 - 80 PLUS Bronze

Primary Hard Drive- 500 GB HARD DRIVE -- 16M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive

Data Hard Drive- 500 GB HARD DRIVE -- 16M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive

Optical Drive- Dual Layer DVD±R/±RW + CD-R/RW Drive - Black

Wifi adapter- TRENDnet TEW-805UB 802.11a/b/g/n/ac AC1200 Dual-Band Wireless USB 3.0 Adapter (867Mbps AC + 300Mbps N bands)
 
For that price, the R9 270 would have similar performance while being $70 less. Use that money and grab a better PSU. And I don't trust that brand for CPU coolers; I bet a CM Hyper 212 EVO is better for much less. And why are you getting 2 HDDs? 1 TB costs less than 2x500GB HDD.
