I'm looking to buy a ASRock Z97M Pro4

Does anybody know what the channels for each of the 2 fan connectors are rated for? I'm going to be using a fan splitter (or more than one), but I want to make sure that I don't overwhelm the respective channels.
Also, I am getting a Corsair H55 57.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler, and I understand that sometimes, the motherboard will try to limit the voltage if everything is cool enough, which causes problems for the pump. How do I prevent this?
