Smart Samsung TV stopped connecting to internet with a router while it was working with that for 1 year.

I have a smart Samsung TV and it was connected to internet about 1 year and I never had any problem with the TV and the Router. But last night I didn't have internet in my TV, so I tried to set the connection again. When I search for networks, I can find my network name, but when I put the router password, It doesn't approve to connect. On the other hand, I don't have any problem with my router in other devises like my Iphone and my Laptop.
I turned off and on both TV and Router.(Even I waited for five min)
I tried to use WPS.
I tried to connect with cable.
but none of the work.

They had a world wide problem with this for 2 nights, starting the 24th of February. I chatted with Samsung tech support minutes ago, they say they've fixed it now. Try again, it should work. If not, then reset the SmartHub to its original settings, that should fix it, they say.
