How's my cpu configuration? is it better than ps4 or xbox?

1. AMD FX 8350 black edition
2. MSI Nvidia n760-2gd5/OC
3. ASRock 970 extreme3
4. Zerbronics 450 w psu
5. Seagate 1tb hard disk
6. Zerbronics rays cabinet with smps
7. Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB ram
8. Deepcool 120mm cooling fan

This is my first time creating a gaming pc so I have couple of questions...
1.Is my cabinet OK will ever thing fit?
2.and what about the cooler is it OK I can't change it?
3.Will games like GTA5 run smoothly?
4.is my motherboard future proof?
5.Andrew is the specs better than ps4 and xbox one
6. Can I overclock

it will be really helpful if you answered my question

yes it is a good pc but you cant compare a pc to a ps4 or xbone because all thier games are optimized a certain way
but to anwser your questions in order
1. it can fit everything
2. it is a good cheap cooler
3. your pc meets the specifications for gta 5 but your gonna have to wait till it's released to see if it's optimized
4. i would get amd 990fx just to be future proof
5. while the specs are better than ps4 and xbone, ps4 and xbone are more optimized for gaming
6. no you can't overclock unless you get a better cooler the cpu will be hot already
7. your psu is pretty weak get a 600w one

2. MSI Nvidia n760-2gd5/OC (get gtx960 - 18000 or gtx 970 if budget allows)
3. ASRock 970 extreme3 (nice. Future proof is nothing NOW_A_DAYS) - 6500
4. Zerbronics 450 w psu (get zebronics ps34-zeb 700w platinum) - 3000
5. Seagate 1tb hard disk(get SSHD for ssd like performance) - 5000
6. Zerbronics rays cabinet with smps (get xtech game royal without smps - 1500)
7. Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB ram(very good) - 5000
8. Deepcool 120mm cooling fan(not required)
9. cooler master hyper 212 evo - 2500
