PC boot, BIOS Starts and enter "Power Saving mode"

first i'm sorry for bad english
so... here's the trouble

Today, (26 feb 2015) my computer recently broken. First problem is it can boot, fan runs normally, etc BUT the monitor shows Power Saving mode. It even can't enter BIOS. so, i decided to search some way to solve this and it worked. i solved it. BUT new "enemy" appears. it enters BIOS and STUCKED there. after waiting a few minutes, the monitor gets blank and enters "Power Saving Mode". i restarting and rebooting my PC again. but, sometimes the BIOS is "not loaded fully" and then enters "POWER SAVING MODE" again even this time Earlier.

Does anyone have any clue why this is happening and a way I could fix this problem? Thanks.

Possibly a faulty monitor (try another one to check),

If that's not the problem, try this:

Turn off your PC, remove the side-panel, purge static from your body by touching any bare metal such as the PSU, & try re-seating the graphics card in it's slot (ie remove it and firmly put it back).

When I say "re-seat" I mean take out the card then put it back - - that will rectify any bad connection between the slot contacts and the card's edge-connector. Hopefully that's all it is, bad connection in the slot. No need to re-install the driver if you're just putting the same card back.

and now.... it worked. don't know why but after i remove my VGA, boot the PC, and replace the VGA again it runs just like normally but maybe i'll bring to the local service tomorrow to make sure what is wrong

I have same issue but pc is brand new
when I boot pc everything works but screen will always go power save mode
I think it happened after I run ez wizard at asus bios

cannot see picture cannot turn on bios cannot do anything, 3 days im just sitting here trying everything and nobody can help.
frustrating...
