Small compact HTPC mini-itx VESA - what heatsink will fit?

Hello!

I've looked on the forum and seen several posts about mini-itx vesa builds, but all of them seem to want to fit a graphics card or something difficult into the case. I don't care about the graphics card.

There is this post I found - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/384335-31-small-htpc-underpowered

Which may help, although I'm not sure if there are better solutions out there.

I've come here to the experts, as I have tried to do a lot of independent research on parts but I'm not sure about sizes and fit and compatibility. I hope you guys will be able to suggest me what most makes sense for my requirements.

What I would like -
A small portable computer (Mini-itx vesa size) that can play 1080p video locally regardless of what codec or format the video may be, 10bit included. It doesn't *have* to be VESA, but seeing that every mini-itx case I see is too big, and too heavy; adding the word VESA gets me the form factor I'm looking for. I currently have a lenovo ideacentre Q180, that form factor is pretty much exactly along the lines of I what I want. So once again, requirements -

Portable and light (read, I can put it in a backpack and move it)
HDMI
play all codecs and formats at 1080p

The problem
I looked at motherboards, and then I looked at CPU's, and then I looked at heatsinks. And the question becomes - what heatsink will fit? Many many of the heatsinks are too big for say, an antec ISK (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA24G28M5170).

I'm also limited because I can't get a CPU too powerful that the heatsink can't properly cool, and a CPU that is too powerful for the PSU included in this build.

We have to start building at the heatsink level then, and then see what CPU and PSU options are available for the heatsink options provided.

The expectation
If you guys could give me a few heatsinks that would actually fit in such a small case, and then maybe provide a few matching CPU's, I would be greatly appreciative!

Thank you for reading!!

Thanks for the suggestion. Since the height is 78.6 mm that heatsink would probably fit~ I wonder what the most powerful CPU it could used with would be
