how do I overclock my video card r9 270x, 970a ds3p, fx 8320, psu- 1000w, cooler master 120 liquid

Download MSI After Burner and use it to over clock your graphic card. Increase the Core clock by 20 and memory clock 10 until you see pixelated screen or glitches or black boxes on the screen. Then go down a notch that will be the max your graphic card can be overclocked to.
