Problem with installation of windows 7 on uefi

First to know installation is from USB.I make it with Rufus,so use all settings for uefi motherboard(GPT scheme and FAT32 format).When I start with installation "Windows loading files" it's ok but when "Starting windows" come it freeze when 4 colors are coming.I tried so many times and always freeze at same place.With CSM boot it is not problem,all go good(of course MBR scheme and NTFS format).
And yea there is no problem installing Win 8.1 on UEFI,just with Win 7

It is because Windows 7 does not support GPT scheme therefore it is better to format HDD with clean windows 7 installation and if you can try to set bios to Legacy mode which and Windows 7 needs to have NTFS formation on HDD.
