Confused about Drivers

Hello I will be building a computer soon and I am a bit concerned for some drivers that a mother board I want will have
Soon I will be getting the z87 asus Maximus hero vi and I've heard that there have been some problems with the Realtek audio drivers, and a few others here and there but that seems to be the biggest one, should I still download the drivers or is there an alternative default windows driver that automatically downloads or anything else would help thank you

I don't know where you heard that from. You just need to download the appropriate drivers for your motherboard.
If you could go here http://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/MAXIMUS_VI_HERO/HelpDesk_Download/ and select your Operating System, you'll see a list of drivers for your motherboard. Audio will be in there, just download and install that.

Yes but I've heard they are bad and can mess up the whole motherboard
