I want to upgrade my intergraded graphic controller with a video card. I have the dell dimension 2400 with the pci slot. Intel Celeron 2.40. computer model 0F5949. system ram 2gb, micro soft direct x version 11.0 , mobo chipset i845g, graphics controller 82845g/gl/ge/pe/gv. power supply-hp-p2507fwp. max output 250w. looking for a video card in the range of about 60-70 bucks?

Are you sure you have PCI and not PCI-Express slot on your desktop?
PCI slots are (usually) white, and about 3/4" x 1/2".
PCI-Express slots are usually black or blue, about 1/4" x 1/4", and have a locking lever at the end.
On the other hand: Your computer is (more than) 10 years old, why you are investing money it in? For as little as $300, you can have a desktop which will be ages ahead of what you currently have.
