I had this problem for a while and it kept getting worse, it shuts down every few hours, sometimes it lasts for a whole day. I carry it to shop and they say all is good and it ran well 3 days, all parts are pretty new and they also now restarted windows, all new. I got it back home and it shat down after few minutes... I dont know what to do now, they say it cant be the PC but some other part, so what should i look into? should i replace monitor?
I was thinking it could be the thing for internet, PC never shat down when i plug it out but i didnt test enough because maybe it wouldnt shut down anyway for whole day because sometimes it doesnt. For internet its wireless and there is a black cable from wall into box which is connected to power on one side and the black cable on other side and then while cable on the other spot and into PC. Could it be the box thing or something?
