Need help building 2000$ Gaming PC

Hey guys as the title indicates. i'm using a microwave-like HP laptop and i need your help guys :).
as i said have 2000$ as a budget and would want something that would last the next 4-5 years.

one question: Is it worth it to buy new rig now(like DDR4) ? it's early 2015 and new tech may come out in the future should get a new components now or wait ?

At the moment it's still to early to go with ddr4 and it probably wont be worth it.
