What Temperatures Should I Be Worried About?

I have a NZXT H440 Case and im using the NZXT X61 Kraken Liquid Cooling for my cpu which is a i7 4790k, what temperatures should i be worried about when im gaming, (usually CS:GO and League of Legends for Examples of games) My room is a ambient temp of 24c

you have completely nothing to worry about with that kind of temps. The GPU should be perfectly ok too. The GTX980 is rated for max temp of 98

Look at the temp chart under load for the GTX980 below, it's normal for the card to go around 80 C when gaming at high settings for demanding games (which neither League or CS:GO will do)

Gigabyte's WINDFORCE cooling solution is pretty good. Like I said, you having completely nothing to worry about.
