RAM brand compatibility

Hiya guys, I'm new here, I want to add more RAM to my desktop Lenovo H 420 PC, I'm interested in getting a Markvision RAM since it has a price affordable to me but I want to make sure my motherboard is compatible with this brand, how do I do ti? in what way I get to know what RAM brands are accepted by my PC? thanks for ur help in advance

I spent some time on the Lenovo site, and officially they indicate that only Lenovo RAM is compatible. I linked to their page of upgrades above. While I am sure that other brands will work, make sure you can return it as there is no guarantee, nor is there a compatible list.
