New/Upgrade Build - Memory Questions

I'm looking to use some existing components to upgrade a prefab HP, and I'm confused about the memory situation! I thought dual channel was supposed to run two sticks of the same speed, yet this prebuild system is running 2, 4, 2, 2 Gb sticks, all at the speed shown in the CPU-Z screenshots below.

Is that really dual channel?
Does it make sense to upgrade those sticks for the new mobo, or not? If so, recommend what?
Any other compatibility issues? I've build quite a few computers in the past but memory always throws me off.

The upgrades from Newegg here, and current system screenshots at the bottom:

Yeah, its still dual channel until the memory capacity is used up on the smaller stick. The MB may compensate for differing speeds, but I am never that lucky. Usually they can be matched in the BIoS. It is best, for compatibility sake, that all sticks be the same brand and spec, but that isn't always necessary. Some boards are more fussy than others. Nice upgrades. You can try the memory in the ASRock mobo (great choice, Ive owned several) and if it doesn't work well, then order a matched pair of 1600mhz CL9 memory (higher speeds don't help in the real world).
