I'm looking to upgrade the RAM in my new laptop, and I want to be sure that I get the right upgrade. As far as I can tell without having actually cracked the system open, I only have one slot for memory, so I need to buy a single card obviously, and I don't want to waste time and money buying the wrong card.

I have an Acer Aspire E 17 (ES1-711-P1UV) with the original/base 4GIG ram card that comes stock with the unit.

As of right now, I've only really found:

That is within my price range. Can someone tell me if that's even properly compatible, and if so, if its worth buying?

If not, I'd welcome any suggestions for decent, budget RAM cards.

Thank you for your time.
