Unless that psu is the vs series from cooler master it is not recommended. This is a much better choice=

Else system is good. Happy gaming!

I from west Bengal and I will be buying the components from MDcomputers.in at chandichow Kolkata. I am having some confusion regarding my build. In some reviews it is said that Asus h97 pro gamer mobo don't support 1600mhz ram speed and many other features and i5-4690 is not compatible in non-overclocking build .is it true please help me to make my build perfect. I need your suggestions. Please prefer MDcomputers.in while suggesting.

Are you buying a 4690 or 4690k ( notice the 'k' at the end = implies that the cpu is overclockable).
If you are going with the 4690 then the h97 board will be good.
If you are going for the 4690k then a z97 chipset mobo is required as it supports overclocking while the h97 does not.

The h97 pro gamer is one of the bet h97 chipset mobo available and it supports 1600mz RAM freq just fine.

I don't know how to overclock. I have heard that it is dangerous so I am not going to overclock . Will overclocking increase the performance very much ?
Another thing is ssd very important. I will buy I later on. I am going to run this machine in 32inch full HD led TV will it be ok?

If you don't want to overclock I suggest you don't. The 4690 doesn't need to be anyway.
In your case overclocking will not increase performance as the cpu is bottlenecked by the graphics card so it wouldn't help.

Yeah the 970 will be able to handle a 1080p screen just fine.

the motherboard supports 1600mhz/1333mhz. if you are overclocking you should get a 4690k, if you are not there is no meaning on getting a k processor , a non-k cpu would do fine and the i5 cpu will not bottleneck the gtx 970.. i5 cpu will not bottleneck high gpu
and over clocking will increase your power but only by a small margin
your above gaming rig is fine . and get a dual channel kit of the vegence ram which would perform better than the 1x8gb single channel in terms of gaming ...
