Varies from chip to chip. Some 8320's won't do 5ghz on any practical amount of voltage. 1.5-1.6V range is common in aggressive overclocking, anything past 1.55V is exceeding the AMD specified operating range for the chip, an H100i is often going to come up short of the required dissipation and general heat-flux performance required to achieve 5ghz on an 8 core PD.
