Windows 7.. Memory Leak Issues or something else ?

My system is getting killed with entire Ram usage..
Can someone guide what is wrong.. ?

I have original Windows 7 Pro.
Please check screenshots. Let me know what more details I can add, so can you try your best suggestions.

Look at the processes and click Memory (private working set) to set in order highest to lowest and see whats eating your memory. Google the process.

Run Process hacker double click on svchost and check out what is going on.
