I want to upgade my cpu in my dell orecision 390 but i don't now the socket so I dont now if I need a fm or a fm+ socket for example. I hope one of you now the answer bequas i want more than 1.8ghz in my computer

Solution
It seems to be on the LGA775 socket, so my advice is to get a new motherboard and then CPU, upgrading to anything on the 775 socket wouldn't be worth it.
