Does my memory sub-working?

Hello everyone. Dont have much to say just look at the photos. Is my memory not working as it has to?

Why it is able to use only 3GB when i have 8GB installed?

is it 32 bit version of windows?
old mobos need to allow memory remaping in the bios to be able to use more than 4 gb...

Yes im using win8.1 x32 atm.
My motherboard is gigabyte 990XA-UD3
Bios Version: FD

32 bit versions of windows will usually only see 3-3.5gb of ram. To get all 8gb you need to install a 64 bit os.

Im trying to install win7 x64 but im facing a problem

Ok my other problem solves, and im using win7 x64 now. It uses all of 8gb now but the DRAM Frequency it uses is 1000Hz while my card is 2133Hz

You need to either load the appropriate XMP profile or manually set the freq, timings and voltage in the bios.

Look for DOCP or XMP enable that and select 2133 - if it sets that right, then check that the timings are still correct - also let us know what CPU if problems persist
