Desktop Hang/Freeze after installing Display driver

My desktop hangs/freeze after I installed display driver from NVIDIA. I tried also installing display driver using windows update but same things happened, It freeze on desktop after startup.
My specs are:
-Nvdia GF GT 610 1gb ddr3
-Compaq presario sr2009uk
-2GB ddr2 RAM

Hope someone can help as soon as possible solving my problem.I will really appreciate that to those who can help me.

Are you sure about that? What is the reason why I need to re-install my operating system? By the I am very thankful for your answer. I just want to be sure, about that before I re-install my O.S. ..Thanks again...

Yeah I'm sure about that, Reason: May some of your windows file had corrupted during updates

I've already finished re-installing my O.S windows 7 utimate 32bit, but after few minutes it hangs/freeze again.
