So I built a new PC and it includes
PROCESSOR: AMD FX6300 3500mhz
GPU: Radeon r9 280x 3GB
MOBO: asus m5a78l-m lx plus
RAM: Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB (2x4GB), DDR3, 1866MHz, CL10, 1.5V
and my old HDD that is seagate 500 GB
and finally the power supply Huntkey Green Star 550 W

recently i have a problem while i am playing games such as : Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor
my problem is that my pc suddenly shuts down then restarts after a few seconds when im playing video games.

and after a few days when i turn on my PC everything turn on except for the monitor but it give white screen with blue lines in the left corner of the screen and then turn black , i turn off the PC by power button and then the monitor turn on without any problems , i should do this every time i want to turn on the PC

i think this problem related to PSU , i am looking for xfx power supply or EVGA or Corsair or
Seasonic

which PSU is good with this PC and do you think this problem related to MOBO im confused ?

System Power Supply Requirements for a single Radeon R9 280X
AMD specifies a minimum of a 600 Watt or greater system power supply. (Minimum system power requirement based on a PC configured with an Intel Core i7 3.2GHz 130 Watt TDP processor.)
the system power supply must also have a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 40 Amps or greater
the system power supply should also have at least one 75-Watt 6-pin and one 150-Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors. There are some non-reference design cards that require two 150-Watt 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power...

Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most critical factor.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.
