I currently have a new pc and the games I run are dayz, h1z1, skyrim but I recently got watch dogs and have saw on youtube someone with the same rig running the game but I cant seem to get it to use less that 90% of my cpu my specs are:

Amd A10 7850K 4.5ghz OC
8 gigs ram
MSI GTX 760 2gig
MSI Motherboard (not sure what kind)
64 gig ssd (which has windows loaded to it and is down to 1.8 gigs)
1 Tb WD HDD

Solution
Don't build that pc.

Amd A10 7850K 4.5ghz OC - (you can do better for the same amount of money. Get an AMD FX 8-core or an intel i5
8 gigs ram - that's fine, just be sure to get a set of two 4GB sticks that are 1600Mhz
MSI GTX 760 2gig - Get a GTX 960 instead. It's only $200 and is faster than a 770.
MSI Motherboard (not sure what kind) - Get an H97 board if you get an intel cpu or get an AM3+ board if you get an AMD FX cpu
64 gig ssd (which has windows loaded to it and is down to 1.8 gigs) - You want to get an SSD with at least 128GB on it. SSDs need to have at least 20% of thier space free to function properly.
1 Tb WD HDD - be sure to get the black or the blue drive

Ok here is the problem I purchased this from someone so now dont have a choice lol but its overlcocked if that helps thats why I need help on how to optimize it for some of these games or idk lol basically cant afford anything right now but any help to provide fps boost from what you see with my specs? Sorry still minorly new to this.

In that case, your fine, but you need to get a bigger SSD. 128GB if you only want windows on there or 256GB if you want a dual boot of windows or some games on it.

So until then what should I do with the 64 gig ssd cause windows is on it but I know things save to program files which is on that same drive and only 1.6 gigs left

Until then you can use the 64GB SSD but it won't perform anywhere near full speed. After you get your new SSD you can use the 64GB drive to store your 3 or 4 favorite games on it for fast loading times. Just be sure to use no more than 50GB of it's space.

Nah I have no tips still trying to figure my rig out lol.
I built one two weeks ago 700 bucks.
Saffire Radeon R9 280 gpu
Asus M5 A97 mobo
AMD 8320E 8 core
8 gb ram
1 tb WD blue
120 gb SanDisk SSD
500M Cosair powersupply
some cheapo optical drive
inside of a Zalman Z9
spend a little more money on your GPU.. my 280 runs nice
one last thing check out gpuboss.com to compare gpus side by side
