I need a new case because the panel off the case i already have is broken and it has very bad air flow. My motherboard is a uatx but i want the case to also support Normal atx aswell for upgrading purposes, just plain black or even with a little bit of red will be nice. I am looking to spend around £20 to £30 on the case if this is possible?

Any help will be appreciated!

Also if it can be big enough for a gtx 970 strix and a cooler master 212 evo that would be great!

Take a look at the NZXT source series (http://www.nzxt.com/category/products/27-source-series-cases) which provide adequate cooling for the price. If you are willing to spend a little more money and are into gamer bling (LED fans etc.) you could take a look at the Corsair 'Spec' range, and if you are looking for something a little more understated and clean, then Corsair Carbide 200R is a great choice, providing you can find it below £40.

Not sure about that one, Anandtech gave it a pretty awful review (http://www.anandtech.com/show/8903/bitfenix-neos-case-review) - looks like it has dreadful thermals.
