i am getting out dated

in a little bit i will be out dated so i am on a little $$ i am not shore right now but will this go together and i will be playing on max out setting i know it will but i want to know what you guys think.

I Can't speak as to how a specific game will play on your configuration as I am not a gamer. You really have no significant upgrade paths to make. You have an enthusiast level video card, 4 Intel cores, 8GB RAM. It is my understanding that virtually all games use no more than 4 cores and 8GB RAM. Can you go to Haswell-E and 16 GB ram and a new video card yes, but I do not think the financial cost will be worth the performance gain. Your Xeon is a Sandy Bridge part and very capable. If I had to guess I would say you would be investing 1K + USD for 5-7 FPS but I am not a gamer so my guess could be wrong.
