Hey!

My PC always restarts after 15mins-1hour when i play heavy games like Dragon Age 3, Shadow of Mordor.

-I ran memtest whole night but didn't get any error message.
-My PC restarted twice out of 5 when i used heaven benchmark after 2min. My GPU's temperature didn't go over 62celsius.
-My CPU's temperature didn't go over 45celsius when i tested in AIDA64. During games didn't go over 40 celsius.
-I didn't oveclock the CPU or the GPU.

My config is:
-Intel Core i5-3570K, 3400 MHz CPU
-Corsair XMS3 CMX4GX3M1A1600C11 2x4 GB DDR3-1600 DDR3 SDRAM Memory
-ASRock Z77 Pro3 Motherboard
-Nvidia Geforce GTX 960 2GB Palit Super Jetstream VGA
-CHIEFTEC CTG-500-80P 500W PSU

I got this critical error message in my windows monitoring tool:

Any idea?

Because you did test the RAM already, and the temp (cpu/gpu) is fine, so you should start with those steps. And you may or may solve the Kernel-Power 41 error, because it cause by the hardware and software problem.
So if you have any add-on devices, remove them first, also if you just install the new hardware, remove it too. And update all the drivers, run the antivirus software. Then:
1) If you have the wireless network adapter, remove it. and try.
2) Disabling the C-State-Technology, and try. *I read this from other forum.
3) You don't oc the cpu/gpu, but the gtx960 is the factory-overclocked GPU, so you may try use the software (Like the MSI afterburner) to try underclock it, or increase the voltage, because it may not run stable.
4) Maybe the PSU, if the PSU does not supply sufficient power under increased gaming load, the PC will shutdown and restart. If you have other one try it.
