My fps is very low when playing some games I cant even play Dragon ball Xenoverse

My fps is very low I have a dell computers my specs are:

Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-3300 CPU @ 3.00GHz
Installed Memory (RAM) : 8.00 GB(7.87 GB usable)
System Type: 64-bit Operating system x64 based processor

Your computer either doesn't have a graphics card (GPU) or you didn't list what it is. Without a GPU in your computer you are mostly going to be limited to older games.

I'm sorry to say that without a GPU in your computer you are not going to be able to play many modern games like Dragon Ball.

Depending on your other hardware and computer knowledge you might be able to add a budget GPU to your Dell like the r7 260x or the r9 270. This would let you play more games on your computer but you still would have to choose low to medium settings for many modern games.
