hello i have a fps problem and every time i open up my pc after restarting, logging on and off or shuting off and re opening, i have no fps. but in 30 minutes ish ill get extreme fps drop from constant 60 to under 10 and it dosnt go away until i restart in the middle of a game. Its really annoying because i lose my saves. My graphics card is nvidia 450 and im playing saints row 3, skyrim and other games like that.
Fps droping alot?
