My Computer keep freeze on some games Vertical lines with loud sound shows on screen.

Hi guys,
Sometimes i play world of tanks then my pc freeze & get vertical lines on my full screen with loud sound , on some other games i dont get that problem , i honestly tried the last updates & still have the problem , i have windows 8.1 , do if i re install windows could fix the problem ? , or should i RMA the card.
-My Gpu is Asus R9 270x 2GB.
-CPU : I5 4670k.
-Mobo : Asrock b85 pro4.
-RAM : 8gb ddr3
-PSU : 750watt

It might not be your card.
If your hard drive contains corrupt data (fairly common) in the spot that contains your game data you would only have issues in that game (as you are experiencing).
Before you get too worried about it google and run:
CHKDSK /R
(For the drive that has the game data.)

See if that helps.
