I have lowered my budget to get a PC for recording and editing my channel which is mainly gaming and live magic performances etc. But mainly gaming

I lowered to an i5-4690k 1) because I figured it would still do a great job and is cheaper now And 2) because I lowered my graphics card from a GeForce 980 to a 960 thinking this would still handle good games, mainly indie games and lots of horror games with the odd AAA title thrown in for good measure.

What do your think of this build? Will it do the job on youtube?

I know keyboard and mouse might not be great I don't know but for now they are very reasonable costwise

I plan on upgrading anyway once I have the money but hoping this would get me started. As long as I can play good games record and edit without trouble then I will be happy

So first of you are wasting your money on corsair dominator, ram speed DOES NOT Matter: it's all marketing.
Get some hyper x fury instead. It's cheaper and does exactly the same job.
Same thing with your keyboard, you don't need to spend so much on something that does so little on actual performance of your rig
For the hdd, I would get a WD instead of Seagate, Seagate has been nailed in benchmark for lower quality of failure rates of its hdd.
Ssd, if you can get a 180 it would be better, software is heavy... Crucial is cheap and does a great job.
All in all a decent build:)

thanks. I'll take a look at changing up a few things.

I went for a corsair Vengeance though not a dominator.

The keyboard though, I went for a keyboard/mouse combo at £24. How is that too expensive?
