How can i make cheaper without affecting performance

Im making a gaming pc and im short on money and need to know how to make this pc 150$(CAD) cheaper without affecting its performance.

You can drop the AIO water cooler to something like the Cryorig H7 (yes it's USD, just find it in CAD) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4UF2DZ6565

You can go down to 8GB of RAM, as well.

1- Get cheaper gtx 970s, they all perform the same
2- Get an Nzxt s340 or corsair carbide 200r, I've seen some as low as 60
3- take a crucial or Kingston ssd
4- get rid of the optical drive, they are almost useless on pc nowadays
5- there is a seasonic oem (non painted, non modular 720 or 750 rt, it's cheaper than most because it doesn't have the looks but packs the same quality and punch.

That shod do it

2. I want to overclock and that will limit my capabilities
3. Got rid of ssd
4. Its only 10$
5. My previous previous build had a seasonic oem and it failed within a week
