hate using ie as browser. uninstalled it before downloading chrome. what now? how can i download chrome without a browser?

Go to a friend and download Chrome Installer onto an USB key, then move it to your Windows box.
You did not uninstall IE, you just turned it off. Go to Control Panel, Programs and Features, Turn Windows Feaures On/Off, and return IE back,
