The Witcher 3 is So demanding for a open world game. Most if all users will not be able to max it out.

I just upgraded and found out The Witcher 3 recommended specs for GTX 770 are only for mid-high settings on 1080p. Now with the GTX 770 not being that weaker than the GTX 970 or GTX 980 one can only wonder will anybody be able to max this game with AA and Uber-sampling. I believe I will be able to max the game on 2560x1440p, but only with AA and Uber turned off, and that's if the game supports SLI. If not I may have to lower my resolution. What you guys think. What you think your settings will be.

My Specs
GTX Asus GTX 970 Strix OC 4gb(3.5) SLI setup
8gb ram 2400mhz
Intel core i5 4690k 3.5GHZ
PSU supernova 850W gold+
Monitor 2560x1440p

That is a lot faster, but the way its going a single GTX 980 will not be enough. Will the game support SLI at launch or never?

I'm pretty sure a single gtx 980 will be able to achieve 45 fps at max settings at 1440p. There's no way this game can be that much more demanding than Metro: Last Light or Crysis 3.

On the plus side - this is good progress. It's about time games started becoming way more demanding to push better console production (I think the PS4 will only be able to run it at 900p/30fps with high settings).

Also, did you mean to put your cpu as an i5-4690k? I'm unaware of any 2nd gen i5 that went past 2500k.

Yea typed wrong number I have 4690k. It's Gonna be a beast to see how demanding this game is. The devs better deliver on the eye candy for these demanding specs.
