windows 7 can't create and delete an acoount

hi,

I wanted to delete one of my administrator account (the hidden one)but it turns out nothing happen. Please help?

I tried to create a new user account but it keep popping and said it need a different name,but my name didn't contain any symbols.I tried many names but still can't.Please do help me...

To delete an admin account.
You need to not be logged into windows with that admin account/ the one you intend to make changes to or delete. And why it does not work because the account is in use by windows.


You must log out first choose another admin account.
Then delete the intended Admin account.

The primary first Admin account takes president, over any other admin account created after it.
So must be used to change or amend other Admin accounts. deleting, changing passwords, amending access rights. or account type.
