I don't know much about computers but I have just under 600 pounds to spend on building a good gaming desktop as well as 130 on a monitor. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone can give me a good build. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the quick and helpful answers guys. The question is which one of the four build should I use and what type of games and at what setting I can run games at?

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor (£78.57 @ Ebuyer) - not as strong as an i5
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (£25.50 @ Amazon UK)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard (£69.79 @ Amazon UK)
Memory: Kingston 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£48.90 @ Amazon UK) - should be 2 x 4gb to run faster
Storage: Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive (£58.95 @ Ebuyer)
Video Card: Gigabyte Radeon R9 280 3GB WINDFORCE Video Card (£139.98 @ Amazon UK)
Case: Zalman Z9 Plus ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply (£62.99 @ Amazon UK) - not good quality
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-14 DVD/CD Writer (£11.16 @ Aria PC)
Total: £495.84

I'd honestly take i7babys build.
Drop the case to the z3 plus ,& up the GPU to the 280x I posted - you're back in budget then & that's a solid high/ultra gaming rig.

If you want to go with the 6300 for some reason ie.you have a penchant for amd or would like to tinker with over clocking etc. Then the build I posted is solid.
The themis is as good as the 212 evo,is cheaper & is easier to fit.stick with the GB board for amd builds always & either way definitely stick with the xfx psu- there's simply no reason not to.
